I am thinking the same thing, but thought people would think I'm crazy, so I didn't want to admit it.

I for sure like him more than Rashad

I love Gomes and Smith, but we need to talk about supporting players that fit in the system.

If we get Beasley, and pick up a late 1st, or 2nd round center, than I think Kirk fits in better. Lets face it, Snyder isn't going to get us 20 points a night, but that's not what we need from him.

Snyder is impressive defensively, and his offense isn't to shabby imo. He plays with heart too.

I like kirk's game, he is aggressive and plays solid defense. I think he has more dunks than any other wing player on our team! I wouldnt mind seeing him back next year in a line-up like this:

FA (POB)/Richard/draft pick Dorsey
Big Al/Gomes
Brewer/Snyder
Foye/Mcants
Rose/telfair

OR

FA (POB)/Richard/draft pick Dorsey
Big Al/Gomes
Beasly/Snyder
brewer/Mcants (or switch)
Foye/telfair

Thoughts?

That's kind of along the lines of my thinking. If we got Beasley or Rose it would likely move Gomes to backup F and likely cause us not to re-sign Smith. Of course it could cause enough depth at the wing to trade for a big as well.

He's an upgrade over Green, sure.

I'm not impressed though, not yet at least.
