So both our mods missed Bassy's grotesque injury?

Yeah and franchise must not have watched the game last night either since they showed replays of Telfair getting hurt.

I wonder how long he will be out. ANd if it changes things. If he is unable to play for the rest of the season he would get less attention on the open market. But would he be willing to come back?

I like Bassy, but I'm *in love* w/ Augustin. He should be top 10 pick

The big thing it might change is that Foye will play more pg or at least have to make more of the play from the 2 to give us a better idea if he can succeed in that role.

Which alongside the draft pick and Telfair's contract wishes could make the decision to keep him or let him go easier.

I still say the best course course of action for the Timberwolves and Bassy is too offer him a fairly cheap 2 year deal with the second year as a player option.

That way we get him for another year cheap and he can show off his improving skills for another year and if he breaks down again and degenerates he has the option for him tocontinue with us.

Win/win for both teams
"That's why the last two years weren't guaranteed," Walsh said. "Either way, he knew it could have happened either way."
