WOW. That sounds awesome! Can't wait to see highlights!

Yeah, it was pretty amazing. Frustrating as hell because we pretty much gave it away, and then Hoffarber happened.

i hope the gophers face wisconsin in the finals so we can all give deeney a hard time and he'll have to change his location

LOL if we pulled off a miracle and beat Wisconsin in the finals Deeney would commit account suicide.

I'm home for spring break surrounded by Gopher fans. Were that to happen, I might have to commit actual suicide. Fortunately, Gophers won't get past Illinois.

Best Gopher game of the year, hands down. Tubby got to 20 wins for the 15th straight year, and the team finally got a win against a team in the RPI's top 50. The swings of emotion at the end of the game were great. I know it sounds massively corny, but it was one of those games that reminded me why I watch sports. Great that it happened against Indiana, too, since we dropped two winnable games to them earlier this year.

There's a chance to exorcise some more demons today, against Illinois. The Illini thumped us in both meetings this year, and have beaten us 20 straight times.
"A while back,'' Cardinal said, "I took a picture of the standings and texted it to Love, just to bust his chops,'' Cardinal said. "He sent me a picture back of a snowdrift.''

This is what Tubby Smith means by a "Signature Win". He has been harping on that ll year and we finally got it. Remember this is essentially the same team that got their tails whooped all last year by everybody. Tubby has come in here and helped these guys to 20 wins.

Just wait until the upcoming seasons. WE got some supremely talented players coming in here. Ralph BEASTON the III has been killing it in high school this year, just tearing teams up.

Devoe Joeseph is being hailed as one of the best players out of Canada in years and may play on the Canadian national team. An a very talented kid.

Can't wait man.

Look at it this way:

Tubby Smith made it to 20 wins and a likely NIT berth WITH DAN MONSON'S PLAYERS! That has to speak volumes to the kind of coach Tubby is.
