OT: Glen Taylor - Blue Collar Billionaire

I was skimming through Forbes.com's recent article on blue collar billionaires, just for my own amusement. They had stories about guys who started their buisnesses with one boat, or one pick-up truck, or renting one bulldozer. I was very surprised when the fifth guy in the series was none other than Glen Taylor! I never really knew his background, but here's how he got started:

Minnesota farm boy paid way through college working at a print shop; persuaded owner to sell for $2 million over 10 years. Paid off debt early, built Taylor Corp. on invitations, stationery, books

Maybe its irrational, but it makes me feel better that our owner has gotten his hands dirty. I bet it really burns him when he has to pay millions to a talented athlete and he turns into a prima donna and just won't work hard.
