One down, at least three more to go.

Re: Final 15-Man Roster
There are no minutes available for both Richard and Harrison (if Big David plays well enough to earn a chance, which I expect he will) but I'd prefer to keep both of them anyway, and then trade Carney, Madsen, C. Smith or the like to pick up a 3rd PG, someone with more upside than Ollie or Ahearn.
I'd still be looking at Memphis, with Lowry or Crittenton potentially expendable because Mayo can play some PG for them. Carney and a late 1st would seem like plenty of value to land Crittenton (who I prefer to Lowry).

Re: Final 15-Man Roster
Let's simplify into available roster spots.
Here are the 10 guys that I don't think will be waived under almost any circumstances. They all have positive trade value.
Al Jefferson
Love, Craig Smith
Mike Miller, Gomes
Brewer, McCants, Carney
Foye, Telfair
Who are the BSG "Final Five?"
Mark Madsen
David Harrison
Jason Collins
Chris Richard
Calvin Booth
Brian Cardinal
Blake Ahearn
Kevin Ollie
I think we only need one PG. Since we aren't contenders, I'd keep Ahearn and send off Ollie. I prefer coaches to be coaches, and not get player salaries or roster spots.
Calvin Booth is guaranteed, but he's probably worthless. I would hope Glen doesn't have a problem buying out his vet min deal. Vets can be attached to trades outside of cba salary match deals as well, so we could stick the bill on someone else in the right trade.
So who's the last one to go? Collins has value as an expiring, and plays the defensive game we like. Madsen is on a two-year deal, and we love his attitude. Cardinal is probably too expensive to justify a buy-out to keep the other players (and as I have said constantly, he needs to be traded to erase his salary).
I think it comes down to being between Chris Richard and Harrison. I think Harrison has two weeks to demonstrate he can beat Richard out of his spot. I think he needs to beat Richard significantly too, because I believe Richard's money is guaranteed.
