I'm drinking the kool-aid

Post#1 » by bman » Mon Jan 5, 2009 2:07 am

After watching the game vs. the Bulls I am starting to believe.

I believe McHale is a good coach
- because he puts his players in positions to succeed.
- because his players hustle
- because his players try to play defense

I believe that Kevin Love is good and will get a lot better
- because he is already one of the better players on the team
- because he is only 20 and seems to wirk hard
- he gets good position on O and D
- He rebounds like a machine
- He threw down one sick dunk against the bulls
- He had a sweet block on noah

I believe that the front court of Big Al and Love can work if...
- we get a 3 like anthony randolph who can provide weak side help on d and block some shots.

randy foye has been playing well at the 2
- because he is athletic enough to cover ppl a little bigger than him
- he can rebound at the two
- he can create shots for himself and teammates.

we should be able to have a good draft
- i know i know, they will find a way to mess it up. But maybe not...
- with all of those picks they have to at least get one thing right on draft night.

There is my kool-aid for the day... Drink at your own risk

I agree with some of those things. I'm not drinking kool-aid, but I feel better about this team than I have since early November.
