Blockbuster Trade?Tor/Minn

Post#1 » by The Magic Man » Mon Feb 2, 2009 6:26 am

I wanted some T'wolve fans thoughts on this trade with Toronto.

Minn Trade:Jefferson,Foye,Miller
Tor Trade:Bosh,Parker,1rd

Before you say no think about the different scenarios with this trade you guys get 4 mil expiring contract and a allstar pf,also you will end up with 2 lottery picks in the 09 draft, then you will have a attractive piece in Bosh that can get you a big free agent in 09 or 010.

I wouldn't trade jefferson straight up for bosh. Plus Al is locked up for 4 more years and bosh can walk after next season. so no. to add foye and miller is just insulting.

taking on Cardinal is a must, I love seeing him out there playing, but his contract is a bit much, follow up with throwing in Bargnani, Calderon, and Moon and we will begin a serious dialoge.

Min Gives: Collins, Miller, Love, Miami 1st, Boston 1st
Min Gets: Calderon, Bosh

Raps Give: Calderon, Bosh
Raps Get: Miller, Love, Miami and Boston 1st, Collins

We're ready to contend and u're ready to rebuild

Obviously I'm not serious...I was just angry about this offer ^^

Here once again didn't see this thread ^^

Bosh can play all 3 front spots, AL is a center in the NBA even if he is 6'10", and teach Smith to hit a midrange jumper and he's the second coming of Corliss Williamson. I like those 4 sharing the frontcourt

Here's a funny link to the Raptors board:

viewtopic.php?f=32&t=876782

Apparently, SAS reported Bosh has told BC he's not going to resign. This thread brings me back to the days when we first had to entertain the idea of trading KG, and the unrealistic trade proposals Wolves fans would hope for.

The best part was when a poster insisted in a del with Miami that Wade would have to come back. They should thank their lucky stars to get Beasley and Marion for Bosh. The only reason the Wolves were able to get a player like Jefferson was because KG signed an extension with Boston.

I'd say if you ordered the team 1 to 30 in terms of likely destinations for Bosh, Minnesota would be in the bottom 3.

Defends the low post, scores in the low post, rebounds, blocks shots, scares me when he has to defend away from the basket... walks like a center, quacks like a center, must be a center. same thing with Duncan, we can swear up and down all day that neither are centers, in the end what they do is mostly what a center classically does, call them whatever you like, doesn't matter to me.
