Do you think they'd do something like Jeff Green + #2 for #1? Are there any other teams that might be willing to give up the #2 + something better that would work out in the Wolves favor?

As I look at your team you have GREAT players all-around, but your missing that GO-to-Piece.

This can be blamed on McHale. The pick of Love was a mistake. You should've stayed with Mayo and developed him as a combo-guard. Imagine:

Mayo/Foye/Brewer/Griffin/Jefferson

SICK.

I think the majority of people disagree with you, considering the other pieces in the trade. We probably also disagree that we have great players all around. I suggest you review Mayo's per-minute stats, since he was in the Top Ten in the NBA in minutes.

If you get the number 1 pick you pick the best player and keep him. The wolves need better players, not more good players. Quality, not quantity. This doesn't mean you can't put together a trade for Rubio, but if your analysis is that Griffin is worth Rubio and Green, than it's a mistake for the wolves to make that trade.

If we had Mayo, we wouldn't have the same record. For starters history would be changed and Jefferson, Brewer, and Foye probably wouldn't have been injured all season. Seriously, don't you know anything about time travel geez.

Same thing with Roy. If we had Roy, we probably wouldn't have had the opportunity to draft Mayo.

If we could get Rubio AND Green for Griffin, I'd take that one to the bank...Senator Trent.

Actually, I think they need both.

Yes. And if the wolves came out of the draft with Rubio, Green, plus whatever we'd get with our other assets, I would celebrate Segal style by firing blindly into a bunch of flowerpots.

good teams need 9 rotation guys. How many of our current rotation guys could play on a playoff rotation?

Jefferson and love for sure.
Foye on most.
(*I think) Brewer has the potential
Gomes would be a nice bench guy.
Miller as well

That is 6 on the high end. We need value.
