6 is honestly the perfect spot for you guys imo. That's exactly where Harden will be and he should be a great fit for you guys.

Harden could go 3. I pray he's on board at 6, but I kind of doubt it.

Draftexpress has him at 6. I sure hope that's the case.

Hmm, I was feeling a bit limp after the lottery.
But,
I have a hard#n for Harden...
I'm as high as the heavens on Evans...
I'd be bulldozin' if we got DeRozan....
and, I might be the only one, but...
I'd feel warm and furry if we got Curry.

So I still think we have some good options.

only way he lasts until 6th is if he is 6'4 or less. Which then we do not want him.

As if that's relevant in any way.

It's completely irrelevant. We already know how tall he is. He's his height. He's not going to suddenly become a better or worse player because somebody measured how tall he is. If you think height is such an important issue, it should already show on the court.

I agree with Rev here. 6'4 at SG is really tough in the NBA. Gotta work so much harder to finish inside, get your shot off, defend taller players. We've seen it with McCants/Foye...and the few who succeeded at that height were ultra athletic, something Harden isn't. I see what Casey means about how good he's been at whatever height he is, but that is college, and we've seen plenty of times where size starts to matter bigtime in the NBA (Craig Smith was dominant in college too). So in conclusion, Harden is high on my board, but if he's 6'4, I'm most likely saying no thanks.

Yeah, but if it takes actually measuring him, then how big of a deal can it be. His height isn't going to change, so you should be able to form your opinion of him already. You should be able to tell how tall he is by watching him.
