MN IN: Thomas, Stevenson, Ukic, Williams, POB, Yi, #2
MN Out: Madsen, Foye, Smith, Miller, Brown, 28, Utah 1st
TOR IN: Foye, #9
TOR OUT: POB UKIC
NJ IN: Smith, Madsen, 28
NJ OUT: Yi, Williams
WAS gets: Mike Miller, Bobby Brown. Utah 1st
WAS gives: Etan Thomas, DeShawn Stevenson, #5
MEM gets: #5(hill), #9(???)
MEM Gives: #2
Al\Thomas\Mullens #18\POB
Love\Yi\Williams\
Gomes\Brewer\Yi
Harden #6\stevenson
Rubio #2\Bassy\Ukic
Mullens: MN gets Mullens to develop as the 3rd big in its rotation. He should be a solid compliment to both al and love.
Yi: Jersey sales, an athletic compliment to both al and love. Has face up game and would be mismatch at the 3 and could be a great help defender.
Williams: Rim protector. Say all you want about the kid and his "problems". He is virtually free and can do something this team needs. Remember when Kidd made this guy look like a god? Rubio can do that raise his trade value and we make bank.
POB/Thomas: Temporary stop gaps while al is out.
Rubio: You love him, I'm not sold
Harden: You love him, and so do I. He should be able to take it to the rack and be a great duo with Rubio. I would probably rather have derozan here as I think derozan will be better in transition and as a basket cutter for Rubios passes.
As a whole I'd probably give up a bit more to get this trade done and I'm not as sold on Rubio as the rest of you. Maybe something along the lines of..
Adding in GSW...
GSW IN: Cardinal, #9, 2.8m tpe
GSW OUT: Crawford, #7
We take back Crawfords "bad deal", GSW gets a small tpe, and MEM gets a pick swap out of it so they
can target Hill + who ever we don't take of Harden, derozan, evans, and curry. I think theres also
a small chance Thabeet falls to #5. So they could make out with Hill + Thabeet in some scenarios.
e.g. (Griffin/Rubio/Harden/Jennings or Curry). In those scenarios we are forced to take Evans or Derozan @6.
As it stands now NJ might be a bit light. some of their fans were in favor of a yi for smith + 28 swap. Some were not. I think Perkovic rights if we nab Mullens @18 or some other perk push this to a yes on their end. Maybe send gomes for Hassell? The NJ can part can be taken out, but I think it's an important part in getting MN some better fitting parts. Again it isnt critical I think I'll post it up in another post as a 4 way and leave them out.

Too many parts. Big deals like this never happen.

How many deals posted on REALGM happen?
If we ignore the NJ bit and focus on the other portions there really aren't that many moving parts.
It comes down to the following.
MN is a no brainer portion
TOR would almost certainly do the Foye portion in a prearranged deal. No brainer.
MEM would almost certainly do the deal if Thabeet drops to #5. As they would get both thabeet and hill. In the other non thabeet scenarios it is more difficult to say.
GSW may do the deal considering that who they want is apparently evans who would likely fall to #9 in any scenario where thabeet goes #5.
The only lynch pin is will WAS may do the deal if miller + cash relief is enough for them to consider this. All of the other teams get what they want more or less.

Re: MN NJ MEM WAS (and maybe GSW)
Hmm I simplified all of this..
MN IN: Thomas, Stevenson, Ukic, POB, Crawford, #2(rubio), #9
MN Out: Foye, Miller, Brown, Utah 1st, #6
TOR IN: Foye
TOR OUT: POB UKIC, #9
WAS gets: Mike Miller, Bobby Brown. Utah 1st
WAS gives: Etan Thomas, DeShawn Stevenson, #5
MEM gets: #5(thabeet), #6(hill)
MEM Gives: #2
If WAS. buys off on a miller based deal and Thabeet drops to #5 this looks great. If thabeet & Harden go @ 3 & 4 it becomes a little more difficult for Mem but they could get Hill + best guard and probably trade for thabeet with guard + incentive if SAC takes thabeet. If OKC takes Thabeet I think that MEM ends up with Hill + Harden.
It's probably easiest to simply include SAC and prearrange everything assuming OKC takes Harden. SAC gets PG + Other young assets. E.G Sac gets MEM #27 and MN #28 + Holiday or whomever for thabeet.
It's all fairly straight forward as long as WAS is down to be honest.

At first I was going to say the Wolves can't take on that much salary but now I am thinking you forgot to take out Crawford. Any deal that brings in Rubio PLUS another top ten pick without trading Love or Jefferson should be considered an amazing deal.

I actually like the fact that we wouldn't have Crawford on our team. Not the upgrade in the backcourt I'm looking for.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

I'd remove Ukic and POB, and have them just "ship" raw cap space. They have a very short roster anyway, so they are more valuable to their own team.

Crawford or no I like any deal that brings a pointguard to the team.
the reality though is this wouldn't happen from the nets side of things Yi(even with all his bagage) and williams are better than Smith.
On Crawford I wouldn't really mind him, he has the killer gunslinger mentality that Miller seems to lack
