No. Vazquez will not come over while bound to the rookie cap scale he is on. The only way he comes if if his rights are released and he can sign to a FA sheet.
There are guards with potential at the 18th that would fit better than JJ.

Hmm it's hard to pass on a deal that sends out my least favorite Wolves but Pietrus is such a knuckle head and would be around long after Smith/Telfair come off the books. Still, I might do it..

Pietrus is a big athletic sg/sf w/ some defensive skill and cash money from 3, trade accepted
