I don't consider Green a superstar (I hope nobody else does), but he's a solid player, versatile, and a sure starter. I have no doubt he's a more attractive option and a better fit than Rudy Gay. We can upgrade every single position (other than PF obviously) and Green/Rubio/Jefferson are three great building blocks.
I just noticed on the poll that quite a few fans are comfortable with the #3 pick, even if their ideal player isn't available.

Green = think Gomes with athleticism
Flip response to Love wanting out, "He has no reason to be upset, you're either a part of the problem or a part of the solution"

I like #3 and Green for Love and #6.
It is a fair deal. I would even throw in another role player or #28

I wouldn't, I like Green and the third pick, but they are getting just as good of a deal as we are.

I would rather have Green/3 over Gay/2. I prefer Green over Gay and having the 3rd pretty much decides who to take between Rubio and Thabeet with no second guessing after.

If Rubio went 2, I'd want Harden at 3, not Thabeet.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

Ha I knew someone would say that. No matter what happens fans will be second guessing the moves made or not made on draft night. I was more so talking about Kahn&co. second guessing about having to make a big trade and then also have to decide between Rubio/Thabeet. I was just going by the two guys we have heard about the team wanting to move up for. But maybe all that is smoke and they really want Harden. Wouldn't that be a nice? On draft night Kahn can say "I can't believe you all thought we wanted Thabeet. He has bust written all over him".

Everyone talks about Thabeet, not too much talk about Harden.

Re: OKC-MIN
I pray we do the sane thing if given a choice between Harden and Thabeet and ignore Thabeet's mediocrity.
