Why would the Star Tribune buy the Wolves draft pick? :o

Can you take a draft pick Carry On, or do you have to check it?

I think Spudd Webb was the las Wolves player that could be stowed comfortably in the overhead compartment.

that could be a nice twist for next year's dunk contest, Spud Webb puts on a jersey, stows himself comfortably in the overhead compartment, plane takes off to 30,000 feet, Nate Robinson dunks over it. I'd give that a 9 no problem

so there's still no confirmation on this one, maybe we can still nab Jonas Jerebko at #28 afterall. Damn those Jonas brothers are talented. Music, movies, and now basketball.

The Knicks just bought the Lakers' pick, so it looks like this one was shot down by Minnesota.

All the papers and draft shows still say we have this pick. I think the press said we aren't selling it.

what'll probably happen is somebody amazing will drop, we'll get excited, then the Wolves will either pass on him, or trade the pick after the fact. They simply don't have the roster spots for all these picks

If you are referring to the Chalmers deal, we traded the pick already, made the pick for them, and traded his rights.
