Re: Jennings got a promise?
Harden has great athleticism numbers at the combine, yet was the 4th chubbiest guy. Assuming he works himself into even just a little better shape, he's going to be a beast.

Re: Jennings got a promise?
He definitely didnt look un-athletic in workouts. Not that that is the holy grail on which we should judge a players true talents, but add that to his combine numbers and the fact the he is a deceptively clever baller, if he falls to 5 we thank our stars and take him.

Re: Jennings got a promise?
I could live with us making a move up to grab him in the 15-18 range. Terrence Williams and Ty Lawson will likely be gone by then anyway.
If we are going to do anything stealthy at the PG position I think I'd still prefer us target Nick Calathes in the 20s.

because his club couldn't afford giving major minutes to an 18 year old player not familiar to the european style, let alone to a point guard.

Exactly. If a draft prospect is trying to impress potential teams, he probably shouldn't play a year of really uninspired basketball, have problems with his coach, then talk **** about every other rookie point guard. Just sayin'.

crazy gamble and I cant believe he is ahead of Curry/Rubio as pgs. He made a bad impression with the staff. He does know Love and that is likely where the smoke is coming from.
