I think Flynn should model his game after Mo Cheeks, hence Mo Cheeks should be the coach.

He has been a telecaster for NBA TV. I know he wants to be a coach, I do not believe he thinks he needs to start off as a head coach like Mark Jackson does.

Bill Lambieer as the head coach, with Snow further down the line as a pg mentor. Maybe keep some of the current staff.

I couldn't find the coaching thread, so I'll put this here for now...

Rumblings that Del Harris is interested in our head coaching job:

For those of us(me), who are unfamiliar...what kind of coach is he? personality? philosophy? reputation?

Interesting. Considering that Del Harris was rumored to be willing to be on Mark Jackson's staff if he got the NY job last summer.

Anyone remember much about his style? Other than LA loved to paint him as a dork.

Good call B C. there was a poll last year over which current NBA player would make the best coach when he retires, and Snow won. CLe might offer him an assistant coaching position, but if he doesn't, I'd be happy to have him here.

If Rubio comes over, I think it's guaranteed Bobby Brown is taking his perogative elsewhere. Which is fine, he's a good kid and all, but no sense in 4 PGs.

Really. Where's Terrell Brandon these days? Can't we just hire him as a PG coach? No interest in Mark Jackson unless he's an assistant, which I doubt someone with his ego accepts.

He crossed my mind too. I don't think he's coached at all sine he retired. I'm not sure what he's up to at all. On a side note, he's a devout roman catholic so rev would be pleased.

Al I'm saying is you gotta be like...

"Hey, John we want you to coach the kid who's going to break your assist record for a few years" -kahn

"Hah, no ones breaking that thing" - stockton

"Well, I mean the steals record to obviously" -kahn

"Why would I do this..." -stockton

"Money! We are in player development mode. Ricky is an investment to us. We'll give you 3 year special assistant deal. You can be a full on assistant or simply a player development coach it's your call. What do you say" -kahn

"Done"-stock
