Released? But yeah, I could see him in Boston. He certainly won't be coming back here.

Are they keeping Marbury as backup PG? Because him and McCants in the backcourt together would be pure comedy.

Nice, Marbury, McCants and Tony Allen on the perimeter - I think we might see the 2 front court players try the first ever same-team-half-court-trap to try and get the ball out of their hands

That backcourt gots mo' swagga' than an And1 mixtape.

He'll probably get too greedy with his offers, and find himself playing in the d-league next season. I hope he takes whatever he can get.

For some inexplicable reason I keep thinking that he and Brandon Jennings are going to get into a physical altercation. In this vision, McCants always beats Jennings' ass. Maybe that means he goes to the Bucks?

I think it will be hard to find another team for McCants. I mean he was one of the worst players on the worst team last season :P

What's wrong with McCants exactly? I've never seen him play, but his stats on paper look pretty good. In 2007-2008 he averaged 15 PPG on solid percentages.

goes for the dagger 3 too much and in spots where you don't want that kind of shot. Up by 2 with 40 seconds to go and he'll launch a 3 w/ 18 seconds on the shot clock, does that kind of stuff a lot.

Does the same thing on defense. He would always go for steals but would always end up hacking the guy and drawing fouls. He was more focused on the potential steal then staying in front of the guy and creating a bad shot for the player.

I highly recommend you to watch a McCants game if he ever gets a new contract and you'll know why. 8-)
He wasn't always as bad as last season. I think KG really made him play for the team back then but once KG left he started playing individual ball more and more.

Gunner with low basketball IQ and no defense. Limited ball-handler.

He was in the top two or three for fouls per minute among guards the last two seasons.
