LOL! Hark? Was that an offer for either one? No, it must have been the wind.
MIN won't touch either one. They can do better with their 2010 raw cap space.

Probably getting dominated by his girlfriend (or are they married?) in a little 1 on 1.

Here's a blast from the past ... would Bracey Wright pay us to come play?

Re: Possible trades to round out roster
I'd rather just sign an undrafted guy like Christmas.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

I would try Christmas and Donte Greene, too.
Christmas is probably more realistic because Sac will trade Greene to us.

I was thinking more of Songalia playing when KG is on the bench since I think they will try to limit KG to a maximum of 30 minutes a game next year; especially if Powe or Davis aren't brought back.

Re: Possible trades to round out roster
I was encouraged when I read this on the Wolves board:
The best piece the Timberwolves got is Songaila. He's been a good reserve scorer ever since he entered the league. For those who follow 82games.com he's been hovering around -2 to 0 RR his entire career which makes him one of the better frontcourt reserves in the NBA. He's got decent size (6'10" with 7'1" wingspan) and athleticism, to go along with his offensive efficiency and hustle - so he's not a stiff and likely could get 15-20mpg for almost any team.

I agree with most of the quote, but he still isn't worth 5 million in cap space for us (especially with Love, Jefferson, and Smith already on our team, he wouldn't get 15 minutes anyway). Kahn should work really hard to find someone to take him for expirings, I do think Boston would be a good destination (Songalia for Scalabrine, Pruitt).

Songaila and Brown for Martell Webster. Portland could be interested if Utah matches their offer for Milsap...
He's on a longer deal, but it actually saves us just under 1mil this season, and it's a break even for 2010 (Webster=$4.8 mil, Songaila=$4.818 mil).
Also opens up a roster spot for us, and clears Portland's glut of wings. We could throw in a 2nd if necessary.
I know he's been hurt, but he's still got major potential if he can recover.

No, Portland won't do that.

Re: Possible trades to round out roster
My new perfect trade idea:
I want to trade Songaila for this guy. He's a great 2-guard, and he'll really increase our athleticism.

Would you guys deal Kevin Love/Bobby Brown for Michael Beasley?

No. We see Beasley as another PF.
