He's cleaned up his act. And it's not like those are major offenses anyway. His trip to Boise, ID to play in the D-League was the best thing that could have happened to him after leaving Iowa State; it sure as hell helped him grow up.


Agreed on the mischief and vehicle registration. While DUI is common and not a felony, I do think it's major. Shoplifting wouldn't be a big deal to me, but the fact that it was cold medicine is a bit troubling.

Still, looking at that list, it reads more like the list of a kid that liked to get ****ed up than a hardened criminal, and that's something that can be gotten a handle on.
