Too far in the future for guys that are role players. Our splash will likely come from trading our exp+picks for a stud and filling in the gaps with free agent and the draft. We will not sign a stud free agent.

I would keep my eyes open for the opportunity for trading expirings, but the problem is that has to happen at the deadline so it affects our pick. It depends on who's available for the expirings, but I have to think that our best opportunity to add another impact player is through the draft.
We could still attempt to trade the cap space during the summer or use it on 2 just above MLE level free agents to fill in the gaps.
