Man, that is small.. isn't 6'3.5" in shoes with a 6'6 wingspan the exact same measurements as Foye? I'm really leery of SGs who are that small because, frankly, they're rarely starter material. Some guys make it if they have the athleticism, length and determination to succeed defensively (and Warren is lacking in the size/length department so scratch that one) or are just flat out incredible scorers (talking 25+ ppg), but guys in that mold seem to most frequently wind up as bench combos like we were hoping Foye would be.

Personally I'll have to watch a lot more of Warren, but I'm very wary of guys like him and I really really like Turner's size, defense and ability to create shots. The 3pt shooting thing is overblown in my opinion. What I tihnk the team needs is a two-way wing who can create in iso situations when the D is clamping down, and I think Turner's going to be the best available option. Ideally we'd get a guy like I described above at one of the wing spots then fill the other spot with a long, athletic defender who can hit open shots and finish off the ball.

It is almost exactly Foye's measurements.

I'm really high on Paul George for this team right now. I would love a long, lean, 3 point shooting machine at SG to go with our slashers and post players.

It will be fun going back to this thread at draft time next year.
"That's why the last two years weren't guaranteed," Walsh said. "Either way, he knew it could have happened either way."
