offensively i like the Smith comment. I took his comment to mean that Pekovic does not rebound or play defense and is a blackhole. But I disagree there. Pekovic has been very well coached and plays with good players. He would fit in the system well. He might not be a defensive stopper, but you could argue he has been better coached to defend then love/Al have been. I would love a 3 man big rotation of Al/love/Pek with hollins getting the scraps.

I'm very high on Smith, just like you're high on Brewer. So it was meant to be a compliment. Peko is a black hole though. Rightfully so, but there's just no denying that if the ball goes in, it's going to the rim with him.

Because he catches it right in front of the rim. What else should he do with it? Hardly consider that a black-hole.

Going back to Vazquez's trade ideas: Atkins for Redick + Vazquez's rights.

I find this pretty interesting, but I'd need to see some strong evidence that Vazquez was considering the NBA, and I don't think this exists.

Also, everyone should keep in mind that ORL only has 13 players on the roster.

Of course, Vazquez is a gamble but i like the fact that he will play with Rubio and i think TWolves would increase their chances of at least getting one of them or both. Moreover, this would be a low-risk move and Redick could turn out to be a decent role player.
