his good SL apearance doesn't mean much

I saw "S(N)L" and "appearance" and
my first thought was Jonny Flynn hosted Saturday (Night) Live?

while I agree with eventually trading one of our 3 young PGs I don't really want to consider it before they've played at least one season together - unless there's an offer we simply can't resist. Jeff Green IMO isn't one.

An offer we can't resist? Like a Klondike Bar?

This is an interesting proposition. Jeff Green is a big, strong, solid SF being thrown to the wolves at PF. He's no superstar, but he's a significant upgrade over Gomes. I don't think OK City does this trade, so the only way this happens is if NY is willing to overpay for Jeff Green for the purpose of giving him to us for Flynn. I don't think it happens. I would personally rather have Flynn as well, and sign a swing in the off season.

Green would probably be a really solid fit, but I wouldn't trade Flynn. I might be willing to work Rubio in that though.
