Shot quality is irrelevant when you're missing 15 shots, a lot of which were open jumpers and layups. NBA players have to make those. I'm confident he'll be better than 6-21 going forward, I was talking this game specifically. He really does need to slow down.

Show me a shot Brewer took that was forced. He is getting the shots in the offense or off his hustle. Other than making the shot itself, he looks great. He seems to be grasping and attacking in our offense better then any other player. Once he gains some consistency he will be fine. This is only his 4th game since the knee injury.

I actually think he has a lot of finesse. He just needs to slow down a little bit. He is hardly a train wreck offensively. A train wreck does not get into the position to make the plays he makes. To get those assists, those rebounds, and the quality shots he gets. His lower body position is improving on his shot, but it needs time.

Patience people.

The three point shot that Gordon blocked looked forced. Brewer has been pretty good overall considering his excellent help defense but his scoring has been dreadful, there is no way around that. Some people say that Brewer needs to keep shooting to figure it out but I think he needs to reign it in and realize that scoring isn't his game and most importantly he does need to finish the good shots he takes that should be gimmies, i'm looking at you layups.
