To me, blaming GM's for failing to draft the best possible player is like trying to find a fast food restaurant that won't give you the runs while offering quality food and fast service. Sure you can check if they have a policy on washing their hands after going to the bathroom, but there is only so much you can research. After you get sick, you'll be wondering for life why you didn't get the Big Mac 5 miles down the road instead.
