I don't think you're stating much here. A fan of another team could just as easily say the same thing about Jefferson and we would just be like NO HE'S NOT!! He sure is injury prone, but he's young, and been very efficient as a number one option with virtually no post presence to help him get open looks.

That's why I would really like to pair Martin and Jefferson. Offensively, they would help each other a lot. Obviously though, we'd have to rely more heavily defensively at the other positions.

Why do you say he is overrated? His stats are out of this world. He has averaged 24.6 points on 15.9 shots, 23.7 points on 15 shots, and 20.2 shots on 13.3 shots. Even in a down year this year 21.4 on 16.6 shots. That is world class efficiency. He could add floor spacing that would benefit Love and Big Al greatly.

Does anyone else find it amusing that Martin got traded for Carl Landry and T-Mac?

You should think you'd get more value out of Kevin Martin than Landry. TMacs expirings is obviously nice and can be traded to NY but they won't get a star player for McGrady.
They'll probably get like a pick, chandler/hill, expirings + jeffries for T-Mac. You should think they were aiming to find a star next to Tyreke and all they found is Carl Landry.

Landry's a good basketball player. He's kind of what people hope Patrick Patterson will be at the NBA level, and Patterson's projected as a top 10 pick by DX and .net, and is #11 on Ford's big board.
