He's been recalled already. Not sure why they chose to do it so soon, especially with Darko getting minutes. Strange move.

They said from the beginning that it was just for the weekend.

My guess: Wolves resign Cardinal after the 30 days, and Jawai is waived....

What was the point of sending him to the d-league for 2 games? He got big minutes, but he's just going to go be bench warming for the Wolves.

To give him some game minutes, to see how his conditioning is, and to see how productive he could be.

Yeah, but he only gets a weekend? There's no rush, they should have given him a week or two to prove himself in the d-league.

Cardinal????????? why??? its not like he was getting playing time before why not add someone we can use :-?

I could see them bring Cardinal back. He has a good attitude, seems to play the right way when he does see the court, and seems like a good locker room influence for a young team. However, now that the trade deadline has passed, Blount is completely worthless and would be the first guy waived rather than Jawai.
