i vote cater to players talents

I look at a guy like Rondo - and Tubby Smith is a solid coach and all - but how can one of the most athletic PGs in the universe who's also considered extremely smart by his high school and now his NBA coach, and also extremely smart off the court, and now he's an all star quality player...how can Tubby Smith get nothing out of him? Its his half-court nonsense he insisted on shoving up Rondo's ass every chance he got and just pissed off Rondo and made him 1/4 the player he could be while making Kentucky a lesser team all at the same time. Having a rigid system just makes the coach look stubborn and look like they only know one way to play team basketball, which is not true, so what's the point

Rambis is on notice in my eyes. So far he is the only questionable decision I think Kahn has made, well that and the minor Chucky Atkins thing.

If we don't win at least 32-35 games next year, then I am ready to give him the boot. Our guys are more talented than what his system does.
