Couldn't you argue that we developed Brewer last year and are now cashing in that development? i.e. doing exactly what Kahn said???

yes ... if traded for a quality player. Using him as merely a "filler" would make it a joke, and right now, he's being given away as a useless player/filler.

Right now he is? i'm pretty sure he hans't been traded yet? Of course that won't stop you from getting upset about it for no reason...
