Bogut's problem is that he is a pefect second wheel. Put him next to top ten talent (no redd is not a top ten talent) and he becomes three times the player he is now. Nextto Kobe he would be amazing.

In other words, for us... no thankyou

Would Bogut be comparable to Gasol? Maybe on a slightly lower level? I litterally know NOTHING about Bogut, other than he wants to put another shrimp on the barbie.

Hes not the offensive threat Gasol is

But he is a much better rebounder/defender.

Understatement of the milennium.

He's also better defensively because Pau is a PF who has never played next to a good center.

Pau is a better man defender than Bogut and about the same as a help defender, Bogut is a better rebounder and thats about it.

I'll take Pau on defense, against both PFs and Cs, over Bogut.

Who's better in a kangaroo race, though? That's the important measuring stick.

I found this thread interesting, especially considering our offseason.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

and up until recently, I'd still have traded Beasley even for max contract Gay, but now I'm starting to get the vibe about Beasley, just feels like he's ready to settle his hash with the doubters
