Why not? Based on what the Canis Hoopus guys (SnP and Oceanary) have said, Beasley is probably the future 4, Wes is probably the future 3, and Webster is probably the future 2. That means that Love is either moving to the bench or traded (they both seem to think this is more likely). Either way, Kahn seems to want Beasley around long term.

I don't see Love being moved anymore. Those comments from Canis were from before the 30-30 game and so far Love has been arguably the best player on this team. So I doubt Rambis wants him gone and if he wants him to stay then he's staying.

Although someone from another team mentioned that Love doesn't look like a starting 4 on a championship team. I wasn't sure what to make of that.

That brings up an interesting point. Historically in the triangle offense we see 2 of the perimeter players handle the ball often and one of them used as a spacing option. Typically this is the pg. It seems this year that Wes is the spacing guy and the pg and Beasley are the options.

This is a good observation. I believe Rambis said he tweaked it in this way to get the PG more involved in the offense for Johnny and eventually, Rubio. So in our offense, once the ball is in the half court, Wes is playing the Fisher/Blake role.

Exactly. I do think that Beasley and Rubio are going to be the main source of usage with Darko as the 5 and then Wes/Love score within the spaces.

If he were playing for the the Warriors, he's have way more opportunities to finish on the break and he'd have a higher PPG average because of it.

And on that note, it's absolutely amazing to me how terrible the team is at getting out on the break considering the athletes on the team and off-season promises made by Kahn and Rambis. Most of the time, it seams like they're not even looking to push the break.

Just pointing out there are some obstacles to Wes going time and a half on his scoring average simply by switching teams. Even on the break, yes GSW run more effectively, but how often would Wes be beating Monta down the floor to pick up the bucket? The main reason Wes has been taking a backseat is because of his own willingness to do so. I don't think that changes in Golden State.

Wes still would have been the 4th option in GS. No way he passes Monta, Curry and David Lee in the pecking order there.
