I have to say I disagree. The offence flows a little better with Telfair in there and while he still attempts those long 2s that Ridnour does and I hate so much, he doesn't do it as often or as early in the shot clock.

Looking at 82games, it's clear he's the better team player. The offence is much better when he's on the court and only slightly worse when he's off it. The top 5-man unit has Telfair in the starting lineup and is ridiculously better then the next one, which is the same except for Ridnour starting. And out of our 5 best defensive 5-man units, Telfair is in 4 to Ridnour's 1.

I guess I'll give Ridnour some more time, just like I'm giving everybody on this roster. But he's been a serious disappointment for someone that was supposed to be a consistent veteran.

Either way, Jonny and Martell are both on the court at the end of games. This will be a huge improvement down the road. I am guessing not in a few weeks, but in a month or two, we should actually be able to close out a game or two.

I wouldn't give 82 games much credence right now.

Some hints here that the return of both is what will help most ... Neither are goto players - yet. Flynns defense to this point is a huge concern. Webster will improve our team on both ends of the floor. We need to get these guys involved and let the added depth take it's course.

Telfair nor Ridnour have proved they can lead in the 4th ... still, Webster's experience might be the most valuable right now vs. Flynn's short history IMO.

It's probably not enough to say Ridnour definitely needs to go, but we've got enough of a sample size for both to at least get an idea of how it is.

I'm in this line of thinking, I think we need some more experience out there, and Webster is one of our few who truly have it, even at 23.
