I think it's kind of funny that you would bring this up because a big part of OKC's turnaround was the fact that they fired their head coach; a coach who was highly sought after as a top assistant of several championship teams and who had the backing and confidence of a hall of fame coach who he was an assistant under. P.J. Carlesimo and Kurt Rambis actually have a lot in common.
