Would he have missed those two Darko bunnies (at the end of tonight's game)?

Probably. :(

maybe it's Stockholm syndrome, but the loss of players from this squad is sad.

I think Kosta is actually going to become a decent big man somewhere. Never special. Good luck KostKo (pretty solid nickname).

The reason i registered in this forum was Kosta and Pekovic. I wanted to see how they would develop. Now one of the main reasons i subscribed is gone and i guess i will watch some Denver games and read some Denver forums.

The interesting part though is that before realgm i was just an NBA fan. Now i am a Wolves fan. I cannot explain or elaborate but there is something about this team that made me stick.

As far as it concerns Koufos Denver is a bad decision.

The hate and the ironic posts concerning his performance is unfair. Too unfair.

Awesome, awesom beat. I could tell that beat is some old-school rap beat from when i was a rap listener in HS. Feel free to tell me that original song name if you like.

I think Koufos is a solid big man and appear to have the desire to develope further. One thing i noticed hes very mobile, which is sometimes detrimental on D, but good on O. Think he should have an NBA future.

I like old school dirty rap sounds.

Koufos could return to Europe. Some good clubs are urging him to go rather than warming benches. He is determined to pay the price and make an NBA career. He is very determined. I like his decision. I support him 8-)

1.) We are not part of another deal. Koufos would have been in another deal, rushing this only makes sense if we are done.

2.) We are money conscious of this off-season. Koufos being moved does clear a little bit of cap. Roughly 2.2 mil I believe.

I was thinking the opposite to #1. Not exactly sure what the number is right now, but we are now something like $4 Mil + under the cap. My hunch when I read Kofus inclusion was that Kahn had the opportunity to acquire someone with cap space that cost more than 3 mil and less than 4.3 mil (or more than 3 mil + Curry and less than 4.3 mil + Curry, or 3-4.3+Telfair), and he needed to add some cap space. Is there anyone out there that makes sense?

You could be right though and with AR coming around, someone had to go rather than sit at the end of the bench, - and save us money, but it is too early to tell.

Kosta seems like a fairly solid bench big. Hope he has a long career at Denver or wherever else.

Kosta has the size and basic basketball skills to play in this league. Benchwarmers also tend to stay healthy. I suspect he will develop into a solid 2nd string center in a few years. Best wishes to him.

Agreed.

When he played big minutes his stats were quite decent, good rebounder and shot blocker, bit slow on D but nothing extremely bad. Whereas his offense from what I've seen, is, extremely bad.

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Kosta Kouskous. I really appreciate him and what he did for this team. When you think about it you really have to appreciate everything he did.

Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
