I'm definetly more on the "Lack of Improvement" side of things ... Not that we the horses to win tons more games, but:
Rambis-wise
The offense is not improving ... execution and consistency is weak
The defense has pretty much remained poor ... maybe even a step backwards
Has not been consistant with rotations
Players are not held accountable for lack of effort
Kahn-wise
Player improvement, he has done okay overall ... nothing great, nothing bad
Made lots of changes but no veteran presence has been established at all
Lack playmakers ... Beas is merely a ?
The Rube is his "great white hope" ... his fate will ultimately make or break Kahn
Traded the only player who was willing to play at 100% effort ... and got AR who's raw meat
Recent: Rambis has commented on not being overly thrilled with adding AR due to youth and added need for development ... I agree, but more so, because I've not seen Rambis improve what he already has. I understand some of these guys are not the sharpest tac's in the box, but I've been extremely disappointed in just the player effort ... it starts at the top. Rambis' leadership is concerning IMO.
