The Beasley hate is ridiculous. You'll all be back on the bandwagon, believe that.

I must say, that was one of the better defensive efforts last night from Mike. I know all of the Pacers struggled, but he (and the rest of the team) did a very good job on Granger

If you looked at the boxscore only that's what you would think, but Beasley really had little to do with it.

Granger had a lot of uncontested looks that just didn't drop. Even layups.

Beasley is really banged up right now. Needs some time to rest. He'll be back really strong next season.

Hopefully before he falls off the wagon.

I watched the game last night, and the main uncontested shots Granger had were from two feet outside of the 3 point line. Don't know how you can critize a team or a player that forced the other teams best player to go 2/19. Can't tell me all 17 misses we just uncontested misses

I didn't make it, so no.

As much as I like Love better than Jefferson, Love was on the 15 win team too. It's not close to a fair comparison.

Which shows how much more Kevin has done this year with less talent around him.

om what i saw in the second half 90% of them were good looks that he'd normally shoot and make, he missed a fricken wide open dunk

Well I guess it's just the eye of the beholder I guess. Granger had only 5 shot attempts from inside the paint. he was forced or just chose to continue to shot jumpers

No way. Al doesn't make up for Pavs, Jawaii, Stewie, Wilkins.

It's arguable that Al and Beasley are a wash in terms of "talent"

Yeah I don't know how you can say we have less talent than last year. Even with Love getting his 20, the offense isn't even run trough him.

Sorry I'm not sure what I was thinking. I was trying to compare Kevin's teammates last year to his this year, when I should've compared Kevin's this year to Al's last year.

You don't need to do that. It was basically:

Last year-Love, Al, rancid garbage.

This year- Love, Beasley, umm, a pile of potpourri. It still stinks, but not nearly as bad.

Instead of the vomit inducing team last year, we just get a mild headache.

Well, the headache is often more migraine-like than mild.
