If he double-doubles both games KLove might have some competition. :P

I think you mean when he double-doubles both games 8-)

Might be actually out for the rest of the season.

DALLAS -- Minnesota Timberwolves coach Kurt Rambis says there's a chance that All-Star forward Kevin Love could miss the rest of the season because of a strained left groin.

Love sat out Thursday night's game against Dallas after he was hurt in a 127-95 home loss to Sacramento on Sunday.

The Timberwolves have 10 games left after playing the Mavericks.

"There is an outside chance, I don't know how great that chance is," Rambis said. "Obviously, with hamstring or groin injuries, you want to be cautious with them because they can linger for a long period of time, and we don't want that to happen with Kevin."

Anthony Randolph started in Love's place against the Mavericks.

Love, averaging 20.3 points and an NBA-high 15.4 rebounds per game, did not travel with the team while he receives treatment.

Why is everything about tonights game in past tense? I'm surprised they didn't refer to it as the "loss against the Mavericks".

That 'outside chance' may have just changed to a 'likely' with the way Randolph played tonight.

I have a growing suspicion that Love might not return in order to showcase Anthony Randolph.

I have a feeling you might be right. But then again, the front office has been hard for him for a while. It would seem kinda silly for them to flip him soon after finally getting him... unless there was a good return. I dunno. I'm torn. He has looked so good in the last 2 games.
