We still lead the league. If you take Flynn out (2.2 a game) we are still the 5th worst.

Re: Most disgusting thing of the season?
just the general shock of disappointment seeing how the Wolves looked in preseason like they were going to be a scrappy team that's going to make you work, then just falling flat and no mental fortitude to recover. Its hard watching a team go an entire season without making a big statement or response to an adverse situation. All the games lost in the last 5 minutes, the huge blowouts, and no consistency or development of any kind. Thats demoralizing for me as a fan, I can't even imagine what's going through their minds.
Thats why I'm already ready to blow it up, I think if they bring the same basic group back, once a team really takes it to them for the first time next year, they're all going to lose whatever confidence they build up in the offseason because they haven't shown that they can fight through those situations and respond in a positive, competitive manner.

If you have an army, you can put a hamster in charge of it as a general. That hamster will have the power to determine general strategy and deploy the troops. Your army is going to get massacred. The soldiers may in fact be terrible, or they could be decent. It's impossible to tell, because they're led by a hamster. In answer to the poll, the most disappointing thing is their overall performance/record, but if you had to pick a specific item, I have to protest the Kurt Rambis option being too specific. What disgusts me the most is every aspect of Kurt Rambis' coaching job. Worst. Coach. Ever.

I voted for lack of D and being the worst team in the NBA.
I haven't watched a basketball game in about 2 months, the Wolves are so unbearably depressing I started to focus more on other sports. I don't know if that makes me an untrue fan or whatever but I shouldn't want to kill myself after watching a ball game.

My big thing is lack of development. The team never evolved into anything better. Mot of our players were stagnant and some even regressed. That's just unacceptable. I have always had problems with how we developed young players but this season seemed worse than ever.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

This is a really difficult choice, because basically everything about this team except for Love was disgusting this season.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

kahn cause he has failed miserably as a GM. The Ty Lawson 37pt 10/11 thing is fresh in my mind but there were numerous other draft eff ups as well. I've seen enough, please fire the guy.

I thought the Miller/Foye for #5 pick was good. If I recall, every single move after that has been bad. I think almost literally too, I'll have to check on that, but on a quick rundown I think every single transaction after that has been bad w/ the exception of the signings of Sessions and Ridnour which were acceptable.
The Rubio pick might turn out okay, but its not looking too good so far w/ 2 missed seasons and Rubio getting worse by the day.

I'm still happy with the Jefferson trade too.

We got Beasley and two picks coming. I'd rather have Beasley than Jefferson.

For me it's Beasley's lack of improvement in the second half of the season

I don't think Rambis got the memo yet from 1979 that they would be adding a 3 point line, somebody should tell him what that semi-circle is all about

It was to be expected, though, because of all of the injuries. In December before the string of ankle injuries, he was averaging 23,6, and 2 on 48% shooting. In January he started spraining his ankles and averaged 15,5, and 3 on 44% shooting. He's finally starting to get healthy again in April and he's averaging 18, 6, and 3 on 46% shooting (not counting tonight's game which will help those numbers).

Re: Most disgusting thing of the season?
Beasley needs to learn some new tricks on offense though. His handles are pretty basic, he can do a spin driving head at the rim or else drive from the wing and just strafe horizontally across the rim, doesn't show much body control in the air either, mostly just a big guy so he can fight through contact. He'd also be pretty tough w/ a back to the basket game @ SF.
