I don't think you'll want Joe Johnson because of his contract, Marvin Williams can still be a good asset, or we could sign and trade Jamal Crawford.

I thought you were talking about the #2, not the #20.

Hinrich? Marvin Williams? come on.

I mean in addition to Josh

Involve a 3rd team getting Josh Smith and sending us a valued piece that fits a little better. Likely one of the usual suspects...GS, Mil, Phi, Ind etc.

Atl Out: Josh Smith
Atl In: Wes Johnson/Pekovic

Philly In: Josh Smith
Philly Out: Iggy

MN Out: Wes, Pek
MN IN: Iggy

Smith might be a better fit offensively than Iggy to allow Turner to handle the ball more and they wouldn't lose much defensively.

Atlanta saves money and balances their roster a little bit. Pekovic would allow Horford to spend more time at the 4. Johnson gives them a better shooter on the perimeter to spread the floor.

No chance ATL does that, the Hawks have to move either Smith or Horford this offseason to become a better team, and the only guys we're targeting are LEGIT All-Star caliber centers, not Role Players like Pekovic.

And which all-star caliber center is available for Josh Smith?

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

We've been in talks with the Milwaukee board for Bogut. It makes me sick how many Smith haters there are out there. He's not a bad player, he just makes some poor decisions, and I think that's gonna change after the great progress in the Chicago series

The Hawks aren't gonna give Horford for Bogut AND take on their bad contracts, just because Bucks fans think too highly of Bogut doesn't mean Josh for Bogut and Bad Contracts isn't a fair trade. Oh and no matter what u say I'm not gonna give Horford up for #2 pick, the only Horford deal I do is Horford for Bogut straight up.
