Since the Pistons are showing some interest.... Was hoping to get some perspective on Casey's strengths and weaknesses.

There are more threads where Casey is discussed at length, they are just a few pages deep.
I'm not sure how Casey would do with the Pistons. He does well with young players and defense. His rotations are confusing, and downright awful at times.
He took a team where the 2nd and 3rd options were whining injury prone cancers (that's what Spree and Cassell were this season), and still had them playing .500 ball (and the 8th seed) with not much but KG.
So I think Casey would do a great job with the young players, but he might have a problem controlling vet egos. Since this is the team that had a mutiny against their former coach, it might happen again if DETs players keep trying to call the shots.
