He'll be legit at 3 or 4. Take him, let him come off the bench as a rook. It will sort itself out.

TAKE DERRICK!

Damn he seems awesome.

we need to take jonas number 2 straight up if we can't find a trade down

chadfordinsiderChad Ford
Combing back through my notes from Eurocamp. Valanciunas measured 7'0"/245 lb with a 7-4 wingspan & 9' 3" standing reach there.

i'm guessing by the times he's done growing/filling out he's somewhere around 7'1 and 260-275

as he is now is comparable to(when they were drafted):
greg oden - jonas 12 pounds lighter
andrew bogut - jonas 6 pounds lighter
joachim noah - jonas 22 pounds heavier
marcin gortat - he only weighed 225 in 2005!!!

it's so hard to find a true center and jonas is gonna be an amazing one!!!!!

@DraftExpress Jonathan Givony
Tanguy Ngombo or Targuy Ngombo from Qatar via the Congo indeed may get drafted by Minnesota, multiple NBA people say. 6-7 very athletic 3/4.

@DraftExpress Jonathan Givony
T'Wolves indeed don't have a 2nd rounder right now, but I'm hearing they'll likely try to buy a pick in the 50's & take Tanguy Ngombo there.

nice klomp, the guys exactly right....why wouldn't we just keep our mouths shut and bring him in as a free agent? surely he can't be on other teams radar? or could he?

Doesn't seem like this needs to be stickied anymore.
