Jonny, I appreciate that I won't have to see you make stupid turnovers or completely ignore the defensive side of the floor or dribble the ball until chucking up a shot at the end of the clock ever again.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

Yeah, I think the words "Jonny" and "Appreciation" are mutually exclusive

I'll never forget the times where he caused turnovers and blamed his teammates instead of himself.

Hey Jonny. Thanks for having a pretty solid rookie year and making me think you would become a very fine point guard in this league. Then last year, you turn into the worst player I have ever seen in my life. You suck. Goodbye.

He was pretty good in the rookie/sophomore game.

Jonny, please don't completely destroy Rubio when you play against him next year. Then again, even if you do, Randolph or Darko will easily block your shot attempt.

And we all know he'll turn out to be a serviceable backup PG somewhere.

That dunk in the summer league had me so excited about him.

I hope he turns his career around in Houston when they manage to dig out a jersey for him...

I think Jonny would make a great mascot in this league if he really put his mind to it. He's got the hops and the personality!

I'll miss that he never got a chance to play in a system that suited what he could possibly do and instead played in a system that show cased what he couldn't do. Do I think he is going to turn it around and be a player that matters? Not really, but I think in the right system he could've been a pretty good offensive PG in the class of a Jameer Nelson.

That Jonny Flynn was the lone Rockets newcomer sans a jersey on Friday spoke volumes about how quickly things can change in the NBA.

Granted, Flynn wasn't originally scheduled to appear when the Rockets introduced their personnel haul from the previous evening, but the same could be said of Donatas Motiejunas - acquired with Flynn from the Timberwolves in a draft-night trade - and second-round pick Chandler Parsons, both of whom displayed red road jerseys alongside first-round pick Marcus Morris for the standard photo op. Flynn was left standing to their right empty handed, sporting a modest black polo shirt with the Rockets' primary logo emblazoned on the left side of his chest.

Sure, Rockets general manager Daryl Morey quipped that Flynn lost his way en route to the Toyota Center in explaining why Flynn was tardy in arriving at the dais, and yes, Rockets forward Chase Budinger currently sports the No. 10 that Flynn wore during his two seasons in Minnesota.

Geez, some of you are pretty hard on him. Sure, he sucked big time last season but some of you make it sound like he killed your puppies.

With that being said, I'm glad he's gone, too. For once, because as I said he sucked big time last season and secondly, I hope for him to have a turn-around wherever he ends up. I don't really think he'll stay in Houston.
