I am very impressed. So many NBA players do the bare minimum, relying on their natural atheltic ability to get their paycheck, and be nothing more than blips in NBA history.

Kevin Love, with less athleticism, appears to be doing everything he possibly can, to be the best basketball player he possibly can. That deserves respect, and I think I am beginning to understand how he has achieved such great things.

I do yoga once a week as part of my P90X program. I swear I sweat more from yoga than the cardio workouts lol.

Yep the Yoga workout made me sweat the most as well. Didn't like the workout though, to long, and I don't really have the patience lol. Didn't like plyo either.
