First of all, here's the pics to prove that I'm not lying and that I saw him, even though I know you guys never really doubted that. Ricky is on the first pic (furthest left), even though I know it's blurry as hell.

I did not see too much of him playing, but as far as the defense, it was a very tough and physical defense. Bodies were being knocked to the floor and it was loud as **** with all the screaming by the players. With that said, the intense physicality was mostly between the bigger/taller players, and not as much with the point guards. As far as scoring ability, I noticed more of his playmaking and his penetration and dishing to other players for open shots. He did drive to the basket a few times with fair success, but I was impressed with his ability to make the open shot.

Just another tidbit for you guys: I've seen a SHARP decline in NBA talent coming to play ball recently, and I think this is because they were getting ready for a season that they thought was going to start soon. Now that the season might be lost or extremely shortened, they probably don't have the urgency and aren't showing up as much. That's why I thought it was refreshing to see Ricky Rubio walking with his friend (He's always with his friend) to their car. Guy's putting in the work.

Yeah, like you...Since you were the only person obsessing over it.

thanks, interesting to hear about. Glad to hear he's putting in work. I would love it if our entire roster trained together.

Yeah... what was it about that practice session Tolliver and Love were thinking about putting together for the whole team? I think now is the time to start it.

Don't want to toot my own horn, and obviously I'm sure a lot of people were high on Rubio before me, but I did predict that this guy would be a really good player over the summer/during the lockout after watching him play in person. I still think that he should get ROY if he actually starts and gets minutes.
