Assuming we do not pay AR, Beas, Webster, Miller or resign Tolliver, the team is committed to $49,838,457 in cash next season, $8.2 million in cap space. If Kahn trades Miller and Websters expiring contracts getting out of the money they are guaranteed next season we'd have $9.654 million. If he wants to he can amnesty Darko, which I doubt, but he can, then we'd have $14.882 million. He can easily move Luke's $4million contract anytime. So we do have the cash around to make a run at Batum for instance.

You are neglecting the two minimum salary cap-holds at a total of 1mill? I think... but great post.

We need a SG who can create his own shot. If he can make shots and play defense that would be a huge plus. Between Martell and Wes I think the SF spot would be good enough for this team for the time being.

Now how consistently and at what level remains to be seen, but I think our coaching staff is very high on this kid.

I'd love it if Lee can be the guy. Then have Martell backup the 2 and 3 and see who gets us a bigger return in a trade between Wes and Beas.
