Final scoring stats don't look great, but I was impressed by James Johnson last night.

Fun fact: 6th player in franchise history to record 5 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals and 3 blocks in a game.

Garnett 19
Gugliotta 4
Laettner 3
Kirilenko 1
Johnson 1
Towns 1

I think the Wolves are going to be extremely careful with injuries that guys would play through in a more competitive year..

If we're tanking tonight we are doing a very poor job of it or the Hornets are masters.

The Wolves put in a tank worthy performance in the second half.

Yeah. It was an embarrassment after dominating the first half.

Does that count the steal the Refs fouled him on claiming he kicked it? While wide open in the middle of court where at least two refs should have seen better?

Just a note, but Wiggins for Warriors just had a game with 4 boards, 5 assists, 4 blocks, 2 steals if you can believe it.
These are my opinions.

Inefficient though. Russell was 9-for-23. (39%).

Beasley was a bit better, 11-for-25 (44%)

It's the eFG% that matters. If they are mixing in 3s and FTs those percents are just fine.

True shooting is my preferred but that's really splitting hairs.
Rest in peace Mamba. There'll never be another Kobe.

Neither set the world on fire shooting three’s either. Russell was 4-12, Beasley was 5-14.

It helped, but I don’t think either had a great eFG% or TS% game.

It was IMO good enough. If they can average 9 made 3s a game between them I'm just fine with that unless they are really bricking a bunch to get there.

He had all that hair in Gotcha! What happened in ER?

Remember him in Fast Times at Ridgemont High as one of Spicoli’s stoner friends?

One other good movie role was his part in The Forgotten. A sensational movie IMO that could totally make you jump right out of your seat with some of the special effects scenes.

Steph Curry has 29 career games with that statline. James Harden has 98. Russell Westbrook has 117.

Who are the other Wolves to do so? I have a few guesses but I'm curious.

That's great Russell was able to do this already here. Those amount of times by Harden and Westbrook are pretty amazing.

However looking at the prior Wolves list I'm thinking Kevin Love didn't play here in 2014, right? Or, I suppose it could have been the 2013/14 season.

Imagine Russel and Beasely playing with Love and Pek where those two alone could haul in 23 rebounds a game and Love would add the 3pt shooting.
These are my opinions.

Cleveland would probably happily send Love here and I'm sure Pek would consider a min if offered. It's not too late!

If only players could hang in their prime just a little longer.
These are my opinions.
