I realize these overlap, and advances in one may help advances in others. But if you had to pick two, which two are most important?
EDIT: I know this a vague poll. If I missed anything obvious that you’d like me to include, let me know. It was hard to identify specific choices.

Developing the 7 guys 22 years old and under has to be one of the top goals. The second goal is a combination of getting more wins and keeping Towns happy, which are pretty much the same thing. I don't see firing Saunders (or Rosas) as a goal, it's more the result that will follow from not meeting the goals.

I’ll keep the polling open for a while, but the voting is going as I expected, with “develop our youth” as the top vote-getter.
I have a theory that a team can’t effectively develop too many young players at the same time. I think you need some vets who know where to be on and off the court to serve as a foundation. We obviously have many young players on this team, so my next question is this:
How many young players do you think we can develop simultaneously, and which players are they?

1.) Keep towns happy?? NO Screw that ... we traded assets to get his buddy and since then he hasn’t done $h!7 ... he has no right to gripe. If he is not extremely motivated to lead this team then it’s trade time.
2.) DevelopIng young players sounds so MN. Needs to be done, but it’s like a favor for the next team who’s gonna acquire him once our minor league team has gotten him some minutes...
I’m all for winning now ... a winning culture has to be Processed with winning. Make a couple deals to balance the roster. For example: If we can get another +game from Okogie try to make a deal and move him and send Davis with

Re: Pick Two of the Most Important Team Goals for our Direction
I didnt see Glen Taylor selling the team as an option so I picked firing Rosas and Changing personnel through trades.
With changing team culture 3rd because that won't happen without changing ownership and management.
The past 12 months have been perhaps the most brutally terrible period of decision making in franchise history, from the Russell trade through the draft. Please get someone in here who has a clue about talent and how to put together a roster.
He's added some guys who flash potential to be positives as guys in the 5-10 range of the rotation (but aren't quite yet) like McDaniels and Reid (whose awful D and lack of rebounding cancels out the improved offensive efficiency).
Beasley has become an efficient scorer, but he doesnt move the ball or play good enough d which hurts.
That's the best I can say about what he's added.
Because he wasted the #1 pick on the statistically worst player in the league and missed out on Wiseman who is already pretty good and looks like the next dominant big man even playing 20 mpg with low usage.
The only way out of this mess is to blow it up and that hurts when Rosas has given away a likely top 8 1st (whether this year or next) and 3 high 2nds in the last 12 months, and almost without exception every asset he's acquired has diminished in value, some significantly like Russell, Rubio, and Edwards.
There has got to be some middle ground between Thibs constant yelling and Saunders and Rosas handing out pacifiers.

Winning fixes all. If we magically ended up with 40 wins this season no one would care about deleting all and starting over.
If we can drastically change something and win games that would be my go to. Don't care if we lose the pick if we are a winning team.

We need to change our staff and our board...we must try to attract people of a higher level. Thanks to this step we could change the mentality and how others see us...
For example: hiring an important coach at the cost of paying for him in gold...we would have more say in free agency too..

"...I want to compliment him, we all expected that he would take up the game, we have prepared the plan race on him, we have doubled. And, as usual, he did what he wanted..."

It has been hard to watch playout.

1. Changing Team Culture.
2. CHANGING TEAM CULTURE!!!
Everything can change from there. But without ridding this organization from the stench of semi-intentional losing that's plagued it for so long... meh. Without adding accountability (from ownership to players) for WINS + LOSSES... meh.
Nothing else matters.
