100%

That has been the Lamelo (and Hayward) effect with Charlotte, they have been near bottom in APG for years, now up to 3rd

and correspondingly, disappointing rookie contract players like Monk, Bridges now look like legit rotation guys

I'd like it if Rosas traded for Boban and if this team would play him. Can't believe Mavs don't use him more.

One positive to focus on. Despite the foul trouble MCD played good defense against Doncic. If he can improve his offense a bit he will be like a taller Okogie who can shot block and score. I believe the term for such a player is Roco or inventor of the Glovington.

He can still improve. He’s only 19. But Ant does not play winning basketball. He didn’t at UGA and hasn’t this season.

Can he completely change how he plays and significantly improve his defensive IQ/effort and become a better team/more efficient on offense? I guess. Would I bet on it? Heck no.

Oh gee its not like wolves can’t get a better lamelo version in Jalen Suggs to help Ant look “legit”..instead of trading him because they are afraid to develop him.

The on/off, advanced stats are so bad though, even if he improves significantly, still going to be a "negative" player

Wiggins was the same way, I remember after his 2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year, etc, I would post a BBREF search where I would list the players that had similar BPM at the same point in their careers

It would be Derozan, then like the next best basketball player would be Ron freaking Mercer or Rex Chapman, not encouraging list of players

Whatever quibbles there are about these type of stats, by and large "good" players are positive

Ant is definitely an interesting player since his ability to get to rim is legit, not that many guys can do that against defenses that are loaded up to stop it

Isn't it like 60% chance Wolves will be outside of top three this upcoming draft?
can't really count on that
