We didn’t just get beat. We went into a must win game and got punched in the mouth.

Toronto is very good. But this is the same team that just needed OT to beat a Boston team without 4 of its starters (Tatum, Brown, Horford and RWilliams).

A very disappointing loss tonight. We could have been up by 20 early. All squandered by careless turnovers and mental mistakes.

Towns was the most careless. I'm starting to think Towns has a spiteful child's mind. He really needs ti grow up and get control of himself.

we have the worst defending guard and center in the league..but atleast towns is super efficient on offense..dlo just stinks on both ends. next season we need to surround them with marcus smart and myles turner to cover their asses on defense.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… teams like this have another gear that we don’t have. It can be physical, mental, talent, or a combination.

We looked sloppy but their grit was largely the reason we gave up 30 on turnovers. It’s just who are right now. If DLo isn’t hitting he’s mostly worthless. If ANT isn’t getting to the basket and finishing he’s just a mere rotational player. List goes on …

When playing a playoff team with a full roster I don’t expect to win but I do expect better effort

Ya … we are not a team that is in tweak mode. If I hear that from the front office I’ll go awol.

I recommend watching that game.
Both teams played physical man to man all night and the Celts hit you on every paint touch... but Toronto had double the fouls.

Smart and White had more FTs than the entire Toronto starting 5... and that was with Siakam scoring 28 in the paint.

I never complain about refs but that game was truly 5 vs 8

Were ok, but take games we play with some grains of salt win or lose, we have beaten Pheonix, but lost multiple times to the Pistons.

The last two games have been playoff intensity. And we’ve come up very small.

We absolutely need a good showing against Denver. That game will be very telling.

Wolves have the talent. I wonder what you guys can do to go to the next level? At the start of the game we were getting slapped up and i was for sure we were done for.

1. Shooting 67% from 3 through the 3rd quarter was unreal. Pretty hard to hang with that level of shooting. Worse still, it extended to the mid range and around the rim as well.

2. We have lost 4 of the last 5 and in each case the same strategy was successful. Force the ball out of KAT’s hands and make other people make shots. Dlo, Nowell, Prince, and Naz Reid are all supposed to be offensive weapons, and they have been failing to deliver. You presented a team effort we did not.

3. We are consistently undersized. That forces switches which creates open corner looks for opposing teams. Fixing our size issue and fixing our defensive scheme (we never vary the coverage so you always know what to run to beat us,) is the next step for the next season.
