Might be Tim's new Emmanuel Mudiay?

Being honest, I am still perplexed about not selecting Nikola Topić. He fell from top four to twelve because of a torn ACL, but that is kind of an ideal type of prospect to take as a team who really doesn't have available minutes. I appreciate that he isn't a crazy athlete, but I'm still confused about it.

I really think our GM thought Dilly was such instant offense that he’d help us last year, even at 160 pounds. He obviously did not. I didn’t like how he looked in summer league or last night either. When you’re around 170 pounds with poor length, you have to be so so good at offense to justify being on the court, and he’s not there yet.

Topic was another good pick by OKC. He would have helped us this year, but we traded that future pick to get instant help. Topic obviously was out all last year.

I can see value in having two similar guards Bones and Dilly: same role, same weaknesses. Once one finds his role in rotation in should help another, just by being a productive example.

I didn't get to watch the game but based on highlights, Joan will need to work on defensive positioning and anticipation. There's a considerable difference between summer league competition and actual NBA roster comp. He also doesn't look as big/tall compared to actual NBA talent currently. However, the actual on-court experience should help him in the long run.

No thoughts on Rob other than he needs time. Not playing much last season will def show this year, which is unfortunate because the team could've worked a lot of the mistakes out in year one. I'm not sure what he'll end up to be but I hope he pans out. Although, I would prefer a bigger pg in general. I do think it would benefit him more playing next to the starters as opposed to the reserves from a learning perspective.

Excited to see what TSJ can do.
