The KAT drive is not very effective in the post-season so far. Going to be really hard for him to not get offensive calls and teams are doubling hard. Might have to play Vando out of the rotation because if they are leaving Vando, KAT is turning it over often.

Yep, that and his stray voltage/emoitlnal outbursts need to be worked on this off-season. His driving game has been money all season but in the playoffs here he often driving into double coverage and he isn't able to make good passes out. Vando is killing the spacing for that too, they just leave him and often, there isn't an open man.

If KAT is driving in motion and no one is easily open, he is pretty much scrweed. Either an offensive foul or a turnover. I don;t know if we can afford to play KAT and Vando together a lot if this is how teams will guard them. He may have to cut the drive out of his game too which sucks because he has been really good with it all year.

Too much standing around, not enough off ball screens, cutting to give KAT a target, ect… asking him to throw cross court isn’t smart. V8 should be setting a ton off ball screens for Beasley and Ant and KAT should be kicking to them for open 3s. Not saying KAT is handling it well (he isn’t,) but it’s not all on him either.

The Wolves need to figure out how to avoid the stupid turnovers that are keeping Memphis in the game. Also, giving up 2 rebounds off of Grizzlies missed free throws is not acceptable.

This game is making it very clear what the Wolves are missing, a PF with size who the opponent has to guard. Vanderbilt badly hurts the offense and Prince/McDaniels are not big enough or good enough rebounders (they really should be primarily SFs).
